How We Can Help

The Accredited Practising Dietitians at Healthier You are experienced in helping clients deal with the issues associated with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). We can assist in finding the foods that cause the symptoms and help tailor an individual diet which ensures ongoing healthy nutrition without the discomfort. Often simple changes in your diet will reduce your symptoms signifcantly and ensure you are more comfortable with the foods that you eat. Often, people find that they also lose weight with changes in their diet.
