Yes. Healthier You endeavours to send SMS reminders to all booked clients on the prior business day, if we have your mobile phone details. If not, Healthier You will contact you via phone to confirm your appointment.

Can I claim under Medicare?

Healthier You accept doctors’ referrals and bulk bill for referrals under the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) scheme. The EPC scheme provides 5 Medicare rebated visits to allied health professionals per calendar year. Do I need a referral to visit you?

No. You do not need a referral to visit us at Healthier You. You will be charged as a private patient which typically attracts a rebate from private health insurance.

Can I claim on private health insurance?

Most private health funds provide rebates for dietitians. The refund will be dependent on your level of cover. Please contact your health fund to enquire how much you can claim back for each visit and any annual limits that they may impose.
